This Basic Breath Series focuses on the breath to rebalance your energy and bring more awareness to the way you breathe through your nostrils. We are going to start with a gentle yoga set to bring the spine into alignment. The spinal postures will move the spine in all directions (forward, back, and twists) to release any back pain or tension in the spine. The yoga postures will set up us for a deep meditation practice. Our meditation is a breath series followed by chanting some long “Sat Nam’s” to connect you to your truth. A deep and meditative class to leave you feeling rebalanced and centred.
