The liver has a crucial role in cleansing the body due to it being the main filtration system for releasing toxins from the body. Through this class we will create stimulation in the liver by laying on our left side, as well as using breath practices to target this area. This class will also support 'Apana' flow (downward energy flow) in the body to help with elimination. The meditation will use Sitali Pranayama, a cleaning and purifying breath which will cool and calm the body physically and emotionally.
