We will bring the three main Nadi channels (energy channels) located along the spine of Ida, Pinagala and Shushumna into balance. This will set us up for a deep 11 minute meditation of left nostril breathing. This simple and quiet pranayama will bring in the soothing energy of the moon to create a deep sense of calm. This class will leave you feeling calm and centred within.
