Sometimes our minds are our own worst enemy. It's hard work to control the mind, yet once we learn to control the mind, the mind will serve us. The mind is the link between you and Infinity. Through this class we will use mantra to break through the cycle of 'citta vritti' or mind clutter, let go of negative thought patterns and move back to the neutral meditative mind. This will allow us to feel calm and centred. Our meditation will use left nostril breathing, working with Ida Nadi to bring us into that beautiful calm state. We will use this meditation to let go of anything that no longer serves us, leaving you feeling light, bright and centered.
