This class will cleanse some of the main elimination channels in the body. The amazing thing about the body is that is completely self cleansing. What we can do is support this natural cleansing and elimination flow. We can help this by the foods we choose to eat, as well as movement on our yoga mat. This class will take you through a lot of twisting and churning movement in the belly to create a healthy elimination flow. We will also use mantra to keep air mind focused and bring us back to our neutral meditative mind and calm state. We will finish with a seated silent meditation to allow us to drop into our parasympathetic nervous system where we will feel relaxed.
