The spleen is located under the ribcage on the left side, opposite the liver, and has a very important role in purifying the blood. It removed red blood cells and plays an important role in boosting immune function. Working on the spleen will improve our overall health and wellbeing. We'll stimulate through this area of the core which will build nice strong abdominal muscles physically, as well as work on the energetic flow through the centre of the body. To close the class we'll practice Nadi Shodana breathing, which balances the two opposing energies of Ida Nadi and Pingala Nadi in the body. This class will bring balance of the physical body as well as mental wellbeing.
