Join Erin O’Hara in this class to learn more about what Kundalini Yoga is, how to tune in, and the basic breath techniques for Kundalini Yoga.
This is an introductory class if you have just found Kundalini Yoga or if you want to brush up on the foundations of Kundalini Yoga. All levels are welcome and this is the perfect starting point for total beginners to yoga.
Just find a spot wherever you are and hop on a yoga mat (or a blanket if you don’t have a mat). Together we will build the foundation for your yoga practice. Kundalini Yoga is a very powerful transformation tool to master your mind and your life.
