This class will work on creating a healthy nervous system. Our nervous stem is like our wiring system in the body that allows us to handle stress. Some of the benefits to having a strong nervous system are that you can manage stress and be less nervous in tense situations. Living in this modern world where stress is so common, it's important to keep the nervous system calm and strong. To strengthen the nervous system we will focus on recentering the energy at the navel through active postures and powerful breath work. We'll then move into a calming meditation to finish, using a ten-sniff breath to calm the mind and body.
